We use a number of different business analysis models that assist us in better understanding our client’s internal and external organizational environment. These analyses focus our strategies to better reflect business goals in line with the collective cultural pulse.

 

We focus on the SWOT analysis to leverage the business’s strengths, minimize the effects of the weaknesses, and make the most of any opportunities while reducing the impact of any threats.

The PESTLE analysis is a fundamental tool we use to assess a business' environment, and its possible impact on the performance of a client.

 

PESTLE is an acronym which stands for six external factors affecting a business: political, economic, sociological, technological, legal and environmental. Each of these factors can have a profound effect on our client with varying implications.

We work closely with our client to find their “communication sweet-spot” and tap into this vein to connect emotionally with its audience.
