We delve deep into our clients’ business, conducting marketing research and an in-depth audit of the industry landscape in order to identify cultural trends, define the target customer, and determine the value propositions that make the brand stand out and resonate in the market.

Engagement Plan

Here we lay the primary foundations for all future activities in the marketing plan. We craft the messaging that properly communicates the required voice of the brand, identify the specific touch-point channels that will reach the target audience, and define the KPIs that will track and measure the results of the marketing campaigns.

Creative Concept Development

We will leverage the crafted messaging and branding to design all of the creative assets and collateral required to conduct the campaign and breathe life into the marketing concept. From print to unique visual collateral for each digital marketing channel, we will create a cohesive concept to unify the marketing campaign across multiple outlets.

Activation Plan

Once the initial marketing strategy is fleshed-out, we will create an activation plan for how to execute the campaign. Collectively, we will work to allocate a budget for each marketing channel, develop a media plan, and establish an execution timeline to manage the deliverables of the campaign itself.
